- Standard Self-Storage and Climate-Controlled Units
If you have climate-sensitive materials,
such as videotape, business records, clothing, art, or other items, we can supply you with a climate-controlled unit. These units
maintain a temperature of 60F in winter and 80F in summer. Humidity is also controlled to protect any items sensitive to
moisture.
- Storage Units and Grounds are well Lit and Fenced
The grounds to the storage
units are fenced and the grounds and storage units are well lit to provide security and convenient access to your storage unit.
- Outside Auto, Boat, RV Storage on our lot are well Lit and Fenced
The grounds to the
outside storage area are well-lit and secured by a gated entrance.
- Electronic Gated Entry
Each storage unit renter is supplied with a unique and private access code for entry into the
storage unit area.
- Video Surveillance
Our facility is newly constructed and we have installed state-of-the-art video surveillance
equipment for security of the facility and your property.
- Insurance Available
Insurance is available for those who desire it.
- Moving Supplies Available
We have all the packing supplies you need to
pack and complete your move. For more details, click on the “Moving Supplies” link

- Locks Available
Locks are available for purchase at our office. Personal locks cannot be used.
- Propane Service Available
Propane refills are available. We also provide RV propane refills and a dump
station.
